TRACKING NUMBERS

ONCE YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONTAINING THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR YOUR SHIPMENT. TREASURY DEPT. STORE ONLY SHIPS PACKAGES MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

 

RETURNS

TREASURY DEPT. STORE WILL GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ITEMS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ORDER DELIVERY. THE GOODS MUST BE FREE FROM WEAR, STAINS, ODOR OR ANY CONDITION THAT WOULD PREVENT THEM FROM BEING SOLD AS NEW. RETURNED ITEMS MUST HAVE THEIR ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A COPY OF THE RECEIPT. ITEMS SOLD FOR A DISCOUNT OF 30% OFF OR GREATER ARE CONSIDERED “AS IS” AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

PRE-ORDERS

DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, SOME ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE TO PRE-ORDER BEFORE THEY HAVE ACTUALLY BEEN RECEIVED AT TREASURY DEPT. STORE. PRE-ORDERS REQUIRE A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. TREASURY DEPT. STORE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADJUST RETAIL PRICES UP TO 10% BASED ON ACTUAL CUSTOMS, DELIVERY CHARGES AND CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATES ON IMPORTED GOODS. ONCE ITEMS ARRIVE YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL AND WILL HAVE 7 DAYS TO PAY THE BALANCE DUE. IF THE BALANCE IS NOT PAID THE 50% DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED AND THE ITEM(S) WILL BE SOLD TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
